Tournament Participation – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Participants must be registered members of the club to compete in tournaments.

Registration: Players must register for tournaments by the specified deadline. Registration fees may apply.

Conduct: Participants are expected to display sportsmanship and respect towards officials, opponents, and teammates at all times.

Liability Waiver: By participating, players agree to waive any claims against the club for injuries or accidents that may occur during the tournament.

Disqualification: The club reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct or breach of tournament rules.

Sponsorship – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Businesses interested in sponsoring the club must submit a sponsorship proposal for review and approval.

Sponsorship Agreement: A formal agreement outlining the terms of sponsorship, including duration, benefits, and financial commitments, must be signed by both parties.

Brand Representation: Sponsors are entitled to brand visibility at club events, on promotional materials, and within club facilities as agreed upon in the sponsorship contract.

Payment Terms: Sponsorship fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule outlined in the sponsorship agreement.

Termination: The club reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement if the sponsor fails to comply with the terms or engages in any activity that could harm the club’s reputation.

Any changes in the above terms and conditions will be updated if made.
